I recently moved to CO and spent a few days snowboarding in the Rocky mountains. I survived my first “bomb cyclone” storm but experienced some auto damage. After calling the 10 closest auto repair shops in the area, JH Mountain was the only one that could squeeze me in over the next couple of days, which is how I ended up here.
Overall, I was so impressed with the quality of the service that I am taking the time to write this review, which as a rule I do not do. Though closed normally on the weekends, they were there all day and late into the afternoon on Saturday, helping out myself and several others I saw who walked in, even those who walked in past 5 pm on a Saturday. The owner, Camille, was always present himself, quite involved and hands-on, and went out of his way to find creative solutions for fixing my situation. I was worried about the possibility of an auto garage gouging me for prices, knowing that I was stuck in the mountains without many options. But Camille seemed like a man of integrity, that could be trusted, and who genuinely cared about helping all of his customers – a rare and precious find in the auto repair world! Shafi, who worked the front desk, was also great, he was friendly, warm, and helpful. I didn’t interact with the mechanic, but I know he too was there all day Saturday fixing my car, so I’m thankful to him.
Overall, I received no discount or other offer for writing this review, and am taking the time only because I was so impressed and thankful for their service. If you too find yourself stuck in the mountains after a CO bomb cyclone storm, and you need auto repair, this should be your first call.
