By far the best customer service I've ever had, particularly from mechanics. Moving from Los Angeles to the east coast, my rental truck broke down 10 miles east of Vail on a Sunday afternoon. Worse, it was Father's Day. Camil and his team spent 4 hours that afternoon trying to get a new alternator, and eventually towed me into town and dropped me off at a hotel.
The next day, an employee went all the way into Denver and back to get the part, and I was on my way that afternoon. I can't say enough about the entire team's professionalism, dedication to customer care, and of course excellent mechanical work. I'll never forget how two guys gave up their entire Father's Day to help me out. JH Mountain Auto is second to none!
