A year from today, I was in the process of moving from Chicago to Las Vegas Nevada. My ride was going smooth up until I got to that scary mountain in Silverthorne. I will never forget this experience when I lost my brakes going down those beautiful scary mountains.
My heart was racing and my entire body was shaking badly. I googled the closet brake shop and three shops came up on my phone. I was not sure which brake shop to call. I thought to myself, please let me pick the best shop and this shop stood out to me. I called the shop and this nice young man answered the phone. The young man told me to calm down and take a deep breath and everything was going to be alright. At that moment, I stop shaking and my heart rate began to beat normal. The gentleman asked me what kind of car I was in and he told me how to drive down the mountain to the shop. Once I got there everyone was so nice, pleasant, understanding, and helpful. I left my car there so they can fix my brakes and rotors. Those guys were nice enough to drop me and my children off at the hotel. A day or two later, another nice gentleman came to pick me up from the hotel and he drove me back to the shop. The gentleman waited around for me and he gave me a driving lesson. The gentleman showed me how to drive on the expressway and shift gears. I really appreciate everyone taking the time to speak with me, explain things, and teach me how to drive. Starting next year, I will travel to Silverthorne once a year for a relaxing getaway in a beautiful area surrounded by beautiful people. I give this place 5 stars and would highly recommend this business.
